Please note this is for either a floor plan or elevations( max 2 walls) per package
- Floor plan - Be it a regular size or unusually shaped space or even a tiny space, we can help We can help you with the furniture layout, so you can save your time and avoid costly mistakes.
- Elevation plan - If you want to create a feature out of a blank wall or you just want to know the right size of fixtures and correct height so the space functions the way you want. We can create a detailed layout so you can install with confidence.

STEP 1:

- We will review your information and ask any additional questions if needed
STEP 2:
* Once we have your custom design ready for you, we will send you the following
- New floor plan with the necessary furniture sizes or dimensions for additional pieces.
- New elevations showing dimensions for placement of items on walls.
- One revision to ensure the layout fits your needs as per your feedback
- Written instructions about the layout and placement.
What is NOT include:
- Mood board or styling suggestions
- Shopping list with links to specific furniture or décor items
- Construction or Permit drawings
